MEET DR. OWEN TRINH

I would like to introduce myself —

I’m Dr. Owen Trinh. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and subsequently a Doctorate of Dental Medicine with honors from Oregon Health and Science University. I went on to complete dental specialty training in periodontics and prosthodontics at the University of Minnesota. I served in the U.S. Air Force as a faculty member in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Nellis Air Force Base (Las Vegas, NV).

My clinical expertise encompasses treating periodontal diseases, gingival grafting, horizontal and complexed vertical bone grafting, aesthetic and full-mouth rehabilitation using dental implants, and treating infection and bone loss around existing implants. I’m certified to provide nitrous and intravenous sedations to help patients feel at ease and comfortable during procedures.

In the last five years I have also dedicated my time to providing continuing education courses to dental hygienists and fellow clinicians on the subjects of implantology and teeth-in-a-day treatment. I’m proud to join an outstanding dental team at Implant and Perio Center of Kansas and continue serving the profession that I truly love.
